X-Factor Group Exercise Class
Our version of Group Ex! Our classes are referred to as the X-Factor because they are built around being different than anywhere else. With themed classes like Ab Lab, Wheels of Steel, and Upper Body Blast, no two classes are ever the same, and every single one will translate directly into your daily life. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING is our passion, and our classes exemplify just that.
Body Composition Testing
What are you made of? REALLY? We utilize the InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer to remove all the guesswork out of your assessment. No dunking, no pinching, no discomfort. It allows us to quantify our workouts and any nutrition changes that you might implement along the way to find out exactly what really works.
Body Tempering is a method of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) that was pioneered by powerlifting champion and record holder Donnie Thompson. It utilizes multiple types of tools to achieve an effect similar to what is recognized from foam rolling or self-myofascial release. Found benefits have been increased mobility, pain relief, increased performance and endurance and shorter recovery times.
